Support and Maintenance Service definition

Support and Maintenance Service means the service to be provided by the Company in terms of this Agreement. “Configuration request” request by the Customer for a change to the set up of the WTL equipment (including but not limited to provisioning of new customer details, adding new carriers, setting VoIP links).
Support and Maintenance Service means the service and support provided to the Authority as detailed in Schedule A3.26

Examples of Support and Maintenance Service in a sentence

  • However, whilst those Software Licenses are covered by the Support and Maintenance Service, the COMPANY must also notify VISURE of, and purchase the same Support and Maintenance Service for, any other Software Licenses in respect of the same Product that the COMPANY has, or may acquire, in respect of the same identifiable project or location.

  • Neither party will be liable to the other by reason of any failure of or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, except for obligations to pay money, to the extent such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (collectively “Force Majeure”), nor will any such failure or delay give the other party the right to terminate the Support and Maintenance Service.

  • If Fujitsu performs services that are not covered by Software Support and Maintenance Service (including without limitation services connected with Software Support and Maintenance Service Exclusions described in Section D14), Customer will pay for the services at Fujitsu’s then-current T&M rates, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

  • During the Support and Maintenance Service Term, Customer may request to add Products covered, subject to HYBRID’s consent and agreement on the applicable additional Support and Maintenance Fees.

  • For example, if Sandvine’s verification and reconciliation conducted as of September 30th for the period September 1 until September 30 indicates that additional Per Subscriber Licenses are required during that period, the applicable license fees, and corresponding Support and Maintenance Service fees, shall be calculated and payable from September 1 onwards.

  • Software licenses do not include Support and Maintenance Services, except for Software that is licensed on a subscription basis where the Support and Maintenance Service fees are included in the license fee for the Software.

  • For example, if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s verification and reconciliation conducted as of September 30th for the period September 1 until September 30 indicates that additional Per Subscriber Licenses are required during that period, the applicable license fees, and corresponding Support and Maintenance Service fees, shall be calculated and payable from September 1 onwards.

  • Each Order will set forth the type and description of the Services being ordered, the applicable fees payable for such Services and, if applicable, shall incorporate the Playermaker Support and Maintenance Service Level Agreement governing the support and maintenance of the App and Software available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇ (the "SLA").

  • Software that is licensed on a subscription basis includes the Support and Maintenance Service within the license fee for the Software.
