Supply Year definition

Supply Year means the twelve (12) consecutive month period commencing upon the date of shipment of the first delivery of PRODUCT hereunder (the “First Shipment Date”), and each succeeding twelve (12) consecutive month period commencing upon each anniversary of the First Shipment Date
Supply Year means either:
Supply Year means: (a) in respect of the first Supply Year, the period from the date of this Agreement until the 31 March immediately following the date of this Agreement; (b) (subject to paragraph (c) below) in respect of each subsequent Supply Year, the period of 12 consecutive months commencing on 1 April and ending on 31 March; and (c) in respect of the final Supply Year, the period from the commencement of such Supply Year until the expiry or termination of this Agreement

Examples of Supply Year in a sentence

  • Such credit shall be applied, in calculating the amounts owed by Purchaser under Section 7.2, by providing Purchaser, each Month, one-twelfth (1/12th) of the estimated credit to which Purchaser will be entitled for the Power Supply Year, as set forth in the Annual Budget.

  • The annual operating budget for each Power Supply Year prepared by the Operating Agent pursuant to the Construction Management and Operating Agreement and approved by the Renewal Contract Coordinating Committee that is incorporated by IPA in the Annual Budget for such Power Supply Year as provided by Section 5.4.1.

  • For any Power Supply Year, the difference, if any, between the amount of Tax Equivalent Payments and the amount of Augmented Tax Equivalent Payments with respect to such Power Supply Year.

  • If, on the basis of the statement submitted pursuant to this Section 5.7, the actual aggregate Monthly Power Costs or other amounts payable for any Power Supply Year are less than the amount thereof that Purchaser and the other Purchasers have been billed and paid, IPA shall credit such excess against Purchaser’s and the other Purchasers’ next monthly payment or payments until such credit has been fully applied.

  • A budget for any Power Supply Year or portion thereof adopted by IPA pursuant to Section 5.4.


More Definitions of Supply Year

Supply Year has the meaning given to it in the Framework Agreement.
Supply Year means the First Supply Year and after the expiration of the First Supply Year means the period commencing on 1 July and ending on 30 June in the following calendar year provided that the last Supply Year shall end at the end of the Term.
Supply Year means each consecutive 365-day period (or 366-day period in the event of a leap year) during the Term, commencing on the date of this Agreement.
Supply Year means a calendar year during the Term of this Agreement (based on DM's accounting month). The Container Requirements Plan for a Supply Year shall be adjusted by DM as follows: no later than the 20th calendar day of each month during such Supply Year, DM shall furnish Seller with DM's good faith written estimate of the revised Container Requirements Plan, by type of Container and delivery location, for the remaining months of such Supply Year, provided that during the packing season (which is the period from July 1 to October 31 of each year) DM shall revise such Container Requirements Plan as soon as practical but at least no later than the 20th calendar day of each such month.
Supply Year means each consecutive 365-day period (or 366-day period in the event of a leap year) during the term hereof, commencing on the date on which Seller first delivers Product to Buyer under this Agreement.
Supply Year shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.6(a).
Supply Year means a twelve (12) consecutive month period during the Initial Term or any Renewal Term (or any such shorter stub period from the end of such a 12 month period to the end of the Initial Term or Renewal Term), with the “First Supply Year” commencing on the first day of the first month of the Initial Quarterly Forecast.
