Supply Deliverables definition

Supply Deliverables has the meaning set forth in the Supply Agreement.
Supply Deliverables means those MEMS sensors and any other sensor/capsule components of Supplier’s MEMS sensor technology, as described in the final Specifications as of completion of the Development Program (or thereafter as modified and supplemented by
Supply Deliverables means those UAVs and any associated components of Supplier’s UAVs technology, as described in the Specifications.

More Definitions of Supply Deliverables

Supply Deliverables means collectively the S-59 Psoralen, the Light Devices and Disposable Kits ordered pursuant to this Supply Agreement.

Related to Supply Deliverables

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Purchaser Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Company Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.
