supply chain management unit [PU] means the unit which is under the management of the chief financial officer and which is responsible for the implementation and management of the supply chian management policy; “regulation” means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act [56 of 2003] Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations;
