Supplier/ Successful or Selected bidder means the person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, whose Bid to perform the Contract has been accepted by the Purchaser and is named as such in the Agreement, and includes the legal successors or permitted assigns of the successful/ selected bidder.
Selected Bidder or Successful Bidder means the Bidder selected pursuant to this RfS to set up the Project and supply electrical output as per the terms of standard PPA.
Successful Bidder” or “Successful E-Auction Process Participant means, the Qualified Bidder whose bid is approved and who is declared successful by the Liquidator at the end of the determined auction phase.C. INTRODUCTION
Successful Bidder(s) means the bidder(s) to whom work in this tender is awarded.

Contractor/ The Successful Bidder means the person whose Tender has been accepted and awarded letter of Acceptance followed by the Supply Order or Contract by the Purchaser.
Qualified Bidder(s means a Bidder who fulfills the eligibility criteria listed out in the E-Auction Process Information Document.
Successful Vendor means the organization or person with whom the order is placed or who is contracted to execute the work as detailed in the bid.
Designated Bidder means (a) an Eligible Assignee or (b) a special purpose corporation that is engaged in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and that issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least "Prime-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by Xxxxx'x or "A-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by S&P that, in the case of either clause (a) or (b), (i) is organized under the laws of the United States or any State thereof, (ii) shall have become a party hereto pursuant to Section 8.07(d), (e) and (f) and (iii) is not otherwise a Lender.
Competitive Sealed Bidding means the competitive process described within an Invitation for Bids, wherein the City invites Offerors to submit bids to supply the City with the Goods and/or Service describes in the Solicitation document, where the City will award the resulting contract to the responsible Offeror submitting the low responsive bid.
Qualified Bidder As defined in Section 7.01(c).
Technically Qualified Bidder means a Bidder whose Techno-Commercial Bid is responsive and meets the requirements to the satisfaction of OMC as per terms and condition of the Bid document and is qualified for opening of its Price Bid;
Competing Product or Service means any product or service that is sold in competition with, or is being developed and that will compete with, a product or service developed, manufactured, or sold by Fiserv. For purposes of this Section 5, Competing Products or Services as to you are limited to products and/or services with respect to which you participated in the development, planning, testing, sale, marketing or evaluation on behalf of Fiserv during any part of your employment with Fiserv, or after the termination of your employment, during any part of the 24 months preceding the termination of your employment with Fiserv, or for which you supervised one or more Fiserv employees, units, divisions or departments in doing so.
Competing Transaction means (i) any direct or indirect acquisition by any person or entity of any securities representing a controlling equity interest in the Company or all or substantially all of its assets or (ii) a recapitalization, restructuring, merger, consolidation or other business combination involving a change in control of the Company or any of its material subsidiaries, in either case other than the Transaction involving all of the Parties.
Successful Proposer means any Proposer selected by the University to receive an Award as a result of this RFP and to enter into a Contract to provide the University with the products or services sought by this RFP.
Bid sample means a sample to be furnished by a bidder to show the characteristics of the item offered in the bid.
Successful Applicant means an “employee applicant” or “applicant” who has been offered employment within this Bargaining Unit by the Employer.
Request for Proposal or RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
Permitted Bid means a Take-over Bid made by an Offeror by way of take-over bid circular which also complies with the following additional provisions:
Evaluated Bid means a Bid that factors each Respondent’s Base Bid including any alternates, deductive and additives selected by the City that will result in a weighed reduction based on that Respondent’s percentage of SBE participation, as defined by formula set forth in this chapter or in the SBE Regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter.

Bidder/Bidding Company means Bidding Company submitting the Bid. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / including its successors, executors and permitted assigns as the context may require;
Absolute Rate Auction means a solicitation of Competitive Bid Quotes setting forth Competitive Bid Absolute Rates pursuant to Section 2.03.
