Supplier Service Locations definition

Supplier Service Locations means the premises occupied, owned, operated, or leased by Supplier to provide the Services.
Supplier Service Locations means any Supplier service location set forth in Schedule 10.1 and any other service location owned or leased by Supplier from which Supplier has been authorized by PacifiCare to provide the Services.
Supplier Service Locations means the Supplier Service Locations identified in Exhibit 7.

Examples of Supplier Service Locations in a sentence

  • The Disaster and Recovery Plan for Supplier Service Locations shall be reviewed and updated during the Term to conform with ISO 9000 standards.

  • Supplier shall maintain and enforce at Supplier Service Locations safety procedures that are at least (1) equal to industry standards for such Supplier Service Locations and (2) as rigorous as those procedures in effect at Supplier Service Locations as of the Reference Date.

  • As to those Supplier Service Locations (other than Gap Sites), Supplier shall maintain disaster avoidance procedures designed to safeguard the Gap Data and the availability of the Services, throughout the Term.

  • Supplier shall also (to the extent such acts do not violate any union agreement) maintain, to the extent Supplier deems necessary, operational video cameras to monitor the main entrance, parking facilities, and critical areas within Supplier Service Locations twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

  • In addition, Supplier shall, on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week basis, monitor Supplier Service Locations access.

  • An electronic badge system or other appropriate systems will be maintained and utilized by Supplier to control access to Supplier Service Locations.

  • Access to Supplier Service Locations shall be strictly controlled by Supplier.

  • During the Term, Supplier will provide to Gap at no charge (i) temporary access to and reasonable use of Supplier Service Locations, and (ii) temporary access to reasonable work/conference space at Supplier Service Locations for Gap to exercise its rights under this Agreement, subject to Gap’s compliance with Supplier’s posted security policies and procedures while at such facilities.

  • When targets other than the PCs run out of hit points they die.At 0 hit points, PCs become unconscious immediately and must roll DC 15 Athletics checks on every subsequent turn until they fail a save and die, are healed, or are stabilized by an ally (generally a DC 15 Lore check).

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Supplier shall provide all site maintenance, site management, site administration and similar services at Supplier Service Locations, other than Gap Sites; and (ii) provide all necessary emergency power supply and uninterrupted power supply services at Supplier Service Locations, other than Gap Sites.

Related to Supplier Service Locations

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue. New Service Request:

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
