Supplementary Report definition

Supplementary Report means the report which contains a copy of all the public comments received, a summary of the public comments received and sets out how those comments have been addressed through modification/s to the Program Report or Strategic Assessment Report, if relevant, following public exhibition of the draft Strategic Assessment Report and draft
Supplementary Report means the report prepared by the Parties pursuant to clause 37H of this Agreement;
Supplementary Report means the staff report from the Commissioner of Planning and Building which recommends approval or refusal of an Official Plan Amendment and/or rezoning application.

More Definitions of Supplementary Report

Supplementary Report means a supplementary report made under section 61 of that Act; and
