Supplemental power definition

Supplemental power means electric energy or capacity or both supplied by the Company regularly used by a Partial Service Customer, in addition to that which the Customer acquires from alternate sources or generates itself.
Supplemental power means any additional power supplied by the EDU to meet the distributed generation customer’s needs that is not supplied by its distributed generation facility and that shall be supplied at the applicable retail rate in accordance with Section 7 below.
Supplemental power means energy and/or capacity in excess of Counterparty’s Entitlement and Firming Power.
