Supplemental Plan Benefits definition

Supplemental Plan Benefits means the benefits, if any, provided under Article VI hereof.
Supplemental Plan Benefits means the annual benefit payable to a Participant under Section 4 of the Plan.
Supplemental Plan Benefits means, to the extend applicable to any given Participant, the Restoration Benefit and the Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Nonqualified deferred compensation plan means a compensation plan described in Section 3121(v)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Accrued Benefit means the amount standing in a Participant's Account(s) as of any date derived from both Employer contributions and Employee contributions, if any.

  • Deferred Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company from time to time that provides opportunities for deferral of compensation.

  • Qualified Plan means a Pension Plan that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the IRC.

  • Thrift Plan means the Financial Institutions Thrift Plan, a qualified and tax-exempt defined contribution plan and trust under Sections 401(a) and 501(a) of the Code, as adopted by the Bank.
