Supplemental Pension Benefit definition

Supplemental Pension Benefit means the benefit earned by a Participant pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Plan.
Supplemental Pension Benefit means the pension benefit, if any, that is payable to a Participant under a group and/or individual supplemental benefit plan of an Affiliated Employer (as such term is defined therein).
Supplemental Pension Benefit means the pension benefit payable pursuant to the terms of the Plan to a Participant meeting the eligibility requirements of Section 3.1 of the Plan.

Examples of Supplemental Pension Benefit in a sentence

  • A Participant shall have a non-forfeitable right to his Supplemental Pension Benefit under this Plan in the same percentage as he has to his accrued benefits under the Pension Plan at the time the benefits become distributable to him under the Pension Plan.

  • An election by the Participant with respect to the timing and form of this Supplemental Pension Benefit shall be effective only if consented to by the Plan Administrator.

  • The amount of an Eligible Employee's Supplemental Pension Benefit Contribution for a Plan Year will be equal to the Actuarial Equivalent of the amount by which that Eligible Employee's Pension Benefit under the Pension Plan for that Plan Year was reduced as a result of Code Sections 401(a)(17) and/or 415.

More Definitions of Supplemental Pension Benefit
