Supplemental Expense Information definition

Supplemental Expense Information means, commencing with the 2017 fiscal year, a comparison of budgeted expenses and the actual expenses for the prior fiscal year (or, in the case of the 2017 fiscal year, from the Initial Closing Date) and, for periods after June 2017, the corresponding fiscal period in such prior year.
