Supplemental Billing definition

Supplemental Billing means an invoice billing for costs due and payable to HEBP that is separate and apart from the Administrative Charge detailed in this Agreement. Any customized materials or additional services or supplies mutually agreed between the parties and not documented in the most current Fee Schedule may be subject to Supplemental Billing.
