Super 8-K definition

Super 8-K has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(b).
Super 8-K has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a)(i).
Super 8-K means the Current Report on Form 8-K delivered to Purchaser prior to the date hereof and to be filed by the Company within four Business Days of the Closing date, along with the exhibits filed in connection therewith.

More Definitions of Super 8-K

Super 8-K means the Current Report on Form 8-K required to be filed by MWKI with the SEC in connection with the consummation of the Merger.
Super 8-K means the draft Form 8-K substantially and materially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E. “Surrendered Notes” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.

Super 8-K means the Form 8-K as filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on or around January 30, 2009, which is inclusive of the Company’s audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2007 and 2006, and its reviewed financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2008.
Super 8-K shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(y).
