Sunroom means an enclosed structure located on the roof of the building that may include stairwells, an elevator lobby, storage, an Indoor Amenity Area and washroom facilities;
Sunroom means an enclosed structure attached directly to the exterior of the living space and permits access to the interior of the dwelling. Sunrooms are not allowed to project into the required rear yard.
