  • Types of checks that are generally subject to same day availability, if deposited in person to one of our employees and payable to you are: checks drawn on Sunmark; U.S. Treasury checks; U.S. postal money orders; cashier’s, certified, and teller’s checks; federal, state and local government checks; and Federal Reserve Bank and Federal Home Loan Bank checks.

  • Sunmark regularly tests and assesses its information security measures, systematically trains employees, and adopts upgrades and enhancements as necessary to protect your information.

  • The Sunmark Credit Union website may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites").

  • You can use the Online Banking Services to check the balance of your Sunmark Credit Union accounts, view Sunmark Credit Union account histories, pay bills, and transfer funds between your Sunmark Credit Union accounts.

  • You also understand and agree that we are not responsible for any losses or damages if circumstances beyond our control (such as fire or flood) prevent us from making a funds transfer or if the Sunmark Credit Union website was not working properly and you knew about the breakdown when you started the funds transfer.

  • Opaque means impenetrable to sight.
