SunLock definition
SunLock means, as of the Effective Date, certain assets of SunEdison Australia, consisting of: (a) all SunLock, PoleLock, GroundLock, EarthLock registered trademarks; (b) all SunLock, PoleLock, GroundLock, EarthLock registered designs; (c) all SunLock, PoleLock, GroundLock, EarthLock sketches, designs, CAD models, construction drawings; (d) all SunLock, PoleLock, GroundLock, EarthLock certifications; (e) all SunLock, PoleLock, GroundLock, EarthLock wind tunnel test data and reports; (f) all SunLock, PoleLock, GroundLock, EarthLock manuals, videos and technical bulletins; and (g) all SunLock website (www.sunlock.com.au) content and URL.
