Summary Equipment Schedule means a certificate provided by Lessor summarizing all of the Equipment for which Lessor has received Lessee approved vendor invoices, purchase documents and/or evidence of delivery during a calendar quarter which will incorporate all of the terms and conditions of the related Schedule and this Master Lease and will constitute a separate lease for the equipment leased thereunder.

Examples of Summary Equipment Schedule in a sentence

  • Lessor leases to Lessee all of the Equipment described on each Summary Equipment Schedule.

  • Upon termination (by expiration or otherwise) of each Summary Equipment Schedule, Lessee shall, pursuant to Lessor's instructions and at Lessee's full expense (including, without limitation, expenses of transportation and in-transit insurance), return the Equipment to Lessor in the same operating order, repair, condition and appearance as when received, less normal depreciation and wear and tear.

  • To the extent permitted by the manufacturer, Lessor assigns to Lessee during the term of the Summary Equipment Schedule any manufacturer's warranties for the Equipment.

  • Each Summary Equipment Schedule will contain the Equipment location, description, serial number(s) and cost and will incorporate the terms and conditions of the Master Lease and this Schedule and will constitute a separate lease.

  • On the Commencement Date, Lessee will be deemed to accept the Equipment, will be bound to its rental obligations for each item of Equipment and the term of a Summary Equipment Schedule will begin and continue through the Initial Term and thereafter until terminated by either party upon prior written notice received during the Notice Period.

  • Notwithstanding the exercise by Lessee of this option and payment of the purchase price, until all obligations under the applicable Summary Equipment Schedule have been fulfilled, it is agreed and understood that Lessor shall retain a purchase money security interest in the Equipment listed therein and the Summary Equipment Schedule shall constitute a Security Agreement under the Uniform Commercial Code of the state in which the Equipment is located.

  • Lessee will pay when due or reimburse Lessor for all taxes, fees or any other charges (together with any related interest or penalties not arising from the negligence of Lessor) accrued for or arising during the term of each Summary Equipment Schedule against Lessor, Lessee or the Equipment by any governmental authority (except only Federal, state, local and franchise taxes on the capital or the net income of Lessor).

  • If the parties are unable to agree on the purchase price or the terms and conditions with respect to said purchase, then the Summary Equipment Schedule with respect to this Equipment shall remain in full force and effect.

  • In such event, the rent to be paid during said extended period shall be mutually agreed upon and if the parties cannot mutually agree, then the Summary Equipment Schedule shall continue in full force and effect pursuant to the existing terms and conditions until terminated in accordance with its terms.

  • The Summary Equipment Schedule will continue in effect following said extended period until terminated by either party upon not less than ninety (90) days prior written notice, which notice shall be effective as of the date of receipt.

Related to Summary Equipment Schedule

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Rent Schedule means a written schedule for the Mortgaged Property showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid, and any related information requested by Lender.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Repayment Schedule means the repayment schedule set out in Schedule 6 (Repayment Schedule).

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
