Sufficient sustenance means necessary, appropriate nutritious food at least once a day or more frequently to maintain good health and weight, provide continuous access to potable, clean water that is not frozen. Water and food containers shall be free of debris, hair, dirt, algae, mold, vermin, insects, urine, feces and any other contaminants or waste.
