Successor Exchange definition

Successor Exchange has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(c).

Successor Exchange means, in respect of a Commodity where the relevant Exchange is no longer the principal exchange or trading market for the Commodity, such other exchange or principal trading market as determined in good faith by the Calculation Agent which serves as the source of prices for the Commodity and any principal exchanges where options or futures contracts on the Commodity are traded.

  • Interest exchange means the acquisition of an ownership or membership interest in a domestic entity as provided by Subchapter B, Chapter 10. The term does not include a merger or conversion.

  • SIX Swiss Exchange means SIX Swiss Exchange AG and any successor thereto; and

  • Bulletin Board means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
