Successfully closed definition

Successfully closed means repossessed (i.e. termination if a tenancy in social or private accommodation); or, in the case of owner-occupied property, that action has been taken to secure and obtain vacant possession.
Successfully closed means the issue was investigated by CBAT, regardless of whether or not a yes or no answer was given.

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Successful Vendor - means the organization or person with whom the order is placed or who is contracted to execute the work as detailed in the bid.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Successful Bid means the Bid whose Financial Bid results in maximization of the value for the Corporate Debtor/stakeholders, as determined by the Liquidator;
