Examples of Sucampo in a sentence

  • Executive shall be entitled to participate in Sucampo’s annual incentive plan, as defined and modified from time to time by Sucampo.

  • Sucampo reserves the unilateral right to modify the incentive plan and reserves the unilateral discretion to determine the amount of Executive’s bonus, if any.

  • All compensation due to Executive shall be paid subject to withholding by Sucampo to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • During the Term, Sucampo shall reimburse Executive for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with the Executive’s job responsibilities or subject matters related to Sucampo’s interests.
