Subtenants definition

Subtenants shall have the meaning given such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Subtenants. The subtenant is:
Subtenants means (i) with respect to the Fresno Facility, Covenant Care, Inc., and (ii) with respect to the South Dakota Facilities, HealthQuest, Inc.

Examples of Subtenants in a sentence

  • Contractor shall provide reports to the City in accordance with any reporting standards promulgated by the City under the HCAO, including reports on Subcontractors and Subtenants, as applicable.
