Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary may from time to time substitute a successor or successors to any Trustee named herein or acting hereunder to execute this Trust. Upon such appointment, and without conveyance to the successor trustee, the latter will be vested with all title, powers, and duties conferred upon any Trustee herein named or acting hereunder. Each such appointment and substitution is to be made by written instrument executed by Beneficiary, containing reference to this Deed of Trust and its place of record, which, when duly recorded in the proper office of the county or counties in which the Property is situated, will be conclusive proof of proper appointment of the successor trustee.

Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary may remove Trustee at any time or from time to time and appoint a successor trustee, and upon such appointment, all powers, rights, duties and authority of Trustee, as aforesaid, shall thereupon become vested in such successor. Such substitute trustee shall be appointed by written instrument duly recorded in the county or counties where the real property covered hereby is located, which appointment may be executed by any authorized agent of Beneficiary or in any other manner permitted by applicable law.
Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary may, from time to time, by a written instrument executed and acknowledged by Beneficiary and recorded in the county or counties where the Property is located, and by otherwise complying with appropriate statutory provisions, substitute a successor or successors for the Trustee named herein or acting hereunder. The power of appointment of a successor Trustee or Trustees may be exercised as often as and whenever Beneficiary may choose, and the exercise of the power of appointment, no matter how often, shall not be an exhaustion thereof. Upon the recordation of such Deed or Deeds of Appointment or Notice or Notices of Substitution of Trustee, Trustee or Trustees so appointed shall thereupon, without any further act or deed of conveyance, become fully vested with identically the same title and estate in and to the Mortgaged Property and with all the rights, powers, trusts and duties of their, his or its predecessor in the trust hereunder with like effect as if originally named as Trustee or as one of Trustees hereunder. Whenever in this Deed of Trust reference is made to Trustee, it shall be construed to mean Trustee or Trustees for the time being, whether original or successors or successor in trust; and all title, estate, rights, powers, trusts and duties hereunder given or appertaining to or devolving upon Trustee shall be in each of Trustees so that any action hereunder or purporting to be hereunder of any one of the original or any successor Trustee shall for purposes be considered to be, and as effective as, the action of all Trustees.
Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary and its successors and assigns may for any reason and at any time appoint a new or substitute Trustee by written appointment delivered to such new or substitute Trustee without notice to Grantor, without notice to, or the resignation or withdrawal by, the existing Trustee and without recordation of such written appointment unless notice or recordation is required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located. Upon delivery of such appointment, the new or substitute Trustee shall be vested with the same title and with the same powers and duties granted to the original Trustee.
Substitution of Trustee. If Collateral Agent shall for any reason desire to remove the Trustee or any of his successors as Trustee hereunder, and to appoint a new Trustee in his place or stead, Collateral Agent shall have and is hereby granted full power and authority to remove the Trustee and to appoint his successor by instrument in writing, duly acknowledged or proved so as to entitle the same to be recorded and such new Trustee shall thereupon become successor to the title to the Property and the same shall become vested in him in trust for the purposes and objects of these presents, with all the power, duties, and obligations herein conferred on the Trustee, in the same manner and to the same effect as though he or it were named herein as Trustee.
Substitution of Trustee. From time to time, Beneficiary may substitute a successor to any Trustee named in or acting under this Deed of Trust in any manner now or later to be provided at law, or by a written instrument executed and acknowledged by Beneficiary and recorded in the office of the recorder of the county where the Property is situated. Any such instrument shall be conclusive proof of the proper substitution of the successor Trustee, who shall automatically upon recordation of the instrument succeed to all estate, title, rights, powers and duties of the predecessor Trustee, without conveyance from it.

Substitution of Trustee. Lender at any time in its sole discretion may select and appoint a successor or substitute Trustee hereunder by instrument in writing in any manner now or hereafter provided by law. Such writing, upon recordation in the county where the Land is located, shall be conclusive proof of proper substitution of such successor or substitute Trustee which shall thereupon and without conveyance from the predecessor Trustee succeed to all its title, estate rights, powers and duties.
Substitution of Trustee. From time to time, by a writing signed and ----------------------- acknowledged by Beneficiary and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County in which the Secured Property is situated, Beneficiary may appoint another trustee to act in the place and stead of Trustee or any successor. Such writing shall set forth any information required by applicable law. The recordation of such instrument of substitution shall discharge Trustee herein named and shall appoint the new trustee as the trustee hereunder with the same effect as if originally named trustee herein. A writing recorded pursuant to the provisions of this paragraph shall be conclusive proof of the proper substitution of such new trustee.
