Substitute Price definition

Substitute Price means the official closing price per Share of the relevant Substitute Shares as of the Valuation Time on the dates on which the Affected Share(j) is determined or if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Date on the relevant Exchange in respect of the Substitute Shares, the following Scheduled Trading Date of the Substitute Shares.
Substitute Price means the valuation amount of the Substitute Securities Or Other Substitute (as defined in Article 5, Paragraph 2) as specified in the Attached Memorandum.
Substitute Price means the price at which APS acting in a commercially reasonable manner purchases at the Delivery Points a replacement for Energy Products not delivered by PWCC, plus costs reasonably incurred by APS in purchasing the substitute product; plus additional transmission charges reasonably incurred by APS in purchasing the substitute product.
