Substitute Auction Agent Agreement definition

Substitute Auction Agent Agreement means an auction agent agreement containing terms substantially similar to the terms of the Initial Auction Agent Agreement, whereby a Person having the qualifications required by Section 2.02(e) of this Appendix A agrees with the Indenture Trustee and the Issuer to perform the duties of the Auction Agent under this Appendix A.
Substitute Auction Agent Agreement means an auction agent agreement containing terms substantially similar to the terms of the Initial Auction Agent Agreement, whereby a Person having the qualifications required by Section 2.02(e) of this Appendix A-2 agrees with the Indenture Trustee and the Issuer to perform the duties of the Auction Agent under this Appendix A-2.

Substitute Auction Agent Agreement means an auction agent agreement containing terms substantially similar to the terms of the Initial Auction Agent Agreement whereby a Person having the qualifications required by Section 3A.06 of this Indenture agrees with the Trustee at the direction of the Borrower to perform the duties of the Auction Agent herein with respect to the Bonds.
