SUBSTANTIVE LAW CHANGE definition

SUBSTANTIVE LAW CHANGE means, in each case after the date of this Agreement, the introduction, abolition, withdrawal or variation of any applicable law or regulation or any change in any interpretation, or the introduction or making of any new or further interpretation, by any court, tribunal, governmental, revenue, international, national, fiscal or other competent authority such as to affect any Master Opinion and so rendering it materially incorrect or misleading;
