Substantial Development Activities definition

Substantial Development Activities means [***]. In the event that Spectrum fails to achieve the above goal as determined within [***] ([***]) days following the specified date, the parties shall meet to discuss and agree upon a mutually acceptable remediation plan within [***] ([***]) days from the specified date. Examples of Substantial Development Activities in a sentence
