Substandard building definition

Substandard building means any building which fails to comply with the minimum standards set forth in SMC Chapter 22.206.
Substandard building means all buildings used for purposes of human habitation which do not conform to the minimum standards established by this chapter and by any other provisions of this code or other ordinances.
