Subsidiary Operating Companies means Mobile Storage Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation; ESGW Holdings Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company (“ESGW Holdings”); ESGW International Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company (“ESGW International”); ExcelStor Great Wall International Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company (“EGWI”); ExcelStor Great Wall Information Productions (Shenzhen) Limited, a PRC company (“EGW Information”); ExcelStor Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation; and InchStor Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation.
