Subsidiary Account Party definition

Subsidiary Account Party means EQ AZ and each other direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Guarantor that becomes a Subsidiary Account Party in accordance with the terms of Section 8.11, until such time as such Subsidiary ceases to be a Subsidiary Account Party in accordance with the terms of Section 8.11.
Subsidiary Account Party means each direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Guarantor listed on the signature pages hereto under the heading “SUBSIDIARY ACCOUNT PARTIES”, and each other direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Guarantor that becomes a Subsidiary Account Party in accordance with the terms of Section 8.11, in each case, until such time as such Subsidiary ceases to be a Subsidiary Account Party in accordance with the terms of Section 8.11.
Subsidiary Account Party means each Subsidiary that is listed under the caption “Subsidiary Credit Parties” on the signature pages hereof and each other Subsidiary that shall become a Subsidiary Account Party pursuant to Section 2.12, in each case so long as such Subsidiary shall remain a Subsidiary Account Party hereunder.

Subsidiary Account Party means (a) each Wholly-Owned Subsidiary listed on Schedule I and (b) each other Wholly-Owned Subsidiary from time to time approved in writing as a Subsidiary Account Party by the Bank at the written request of the Company substantially in the form of Exhibit F.
Subsidiary Account Party means any direct or indirect Subsidiary of Applicant that Issuer approves in writing as a party on whose behalf the Applicant may request the Issuer to issue a Credit.
Subsidiary Account Party means any direct or indirect subsidiary of Applicant that Issuer approves in writing as a Subsidiary Account Party hereunder.
