SUBSERVICING PERIOD definition

SUBSERVICING PERIOD. From and after the Sale Date until the Servicing is transferred to a successor servicer, which shall be no later than November 3, 2003.
SUBSERVICING PERIOD means, initially, with respect to any Mortgage Loan, the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier December 31, 2010 (or if such day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following such day) (the “End Date”) or the day the obligations and responsibilities of the Subservicer, terminate in accordance with this Agreement. The Subservicing Period shall automatically renew for successive one year periods (each a “Renewal Period”) commencing on the day following the End Date unless either (i) Servicer notifies Subservicer in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the End Date or the related Renewal Period, of its intention to terminate Subservicer hereunder in its sole discretion, provided that Servicer shall be responsible for all Deboarding Fees in connection with any termination of the Subservicer without cause or (ii) Servicer and Subservicer do not reach an agreement with respect to the fees to be earned by Subservicer pursuant to this Agreement for such Renewal Period at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the End Date or the related Renewal Period. The Subservicer shall be terminated as interim servicer at the expiration of the current Subservicing Period if the Servicer notifies the Subservicer of its intention not to extend the Subservicing Period or as termination of subservicer may earlier occur in accordance with this Agreement.
SUBSERVICING PERIOD. The period from the Approval Date up to the final Transfer Date during which Subservicer shall subservice the Mortgage Loans on behalf of Purchaser.

  • Interim Servicing Period The period from the Closing Date to the related Servicing Transfer Date.

  • Servicing Transfer Date The date on which a Servicing Transfer occurs.

  • Subservicing Fee As to any Mortgage Loan, the fee payable monthly to the related Subservicer (or, in the case of a Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan, to the Master Servicer) in respect of subservicing and other compensation that accrues at an annual rate equal to the excess of the Mortgage Rate borne by the related Mortgage Note over the rate per annum designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "CURR NET" for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Primary Servicing Agreement means, with respect to each Primary Servicer, the agreement between such Primary Servicer and the Master Servicer, dated as of August 1, 2004, under which such Primary Servicer services the Mortgage Loans and, if applicable, the Serviced Companion Loan set forth on the schedule attached thereto.

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • Subservicing Account An account established by a Subservicer in accordance with Section 3.08.

  • Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Primary Servicing Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, the fee payable to the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c)(20) of this Agreement.

  • Interim Servicing Agreement The agreement to be entered into by the Purchaser and the Interim Servicer, providing for the Interim Servicer to service the Mortgage Loans as specified by the Interim Servicing Agreement.

  • Subservicing Agreement The written contract between the Master Servicer and any Subservicer relating to servicing and administration of certain Mortgage Loans as provided in Section 3.02, generally in the form of the servicer contract referred to or contained in the Program Guide or in such other form as has been approved by the Master Servicer and the Depositor.

  • Countrywide Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans, the Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2001, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and Countrywide, as seller and as servicer (as successor to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. by an assignment dated January 1, 2001, as the same may be amended or supplemented), as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans.

  • Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.

  • FTPS Unit Servicing Agent means FTP Services LLC or any successor FTPS Unit servicing agent appointed as hereinafter provided."

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Back-Up Servicing Agreement means that certain Back-Up Servicing Agreement to be entered into by and among the Company, the Administrative Agent and the Back-Up Servicer, as such agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Master Servicing Agreement means the master servicing agreement entered into on 20 May 2013 between the Guarantor, the Issuer and the Master Servicer.

  • Excess Servicing Fees With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), that portion of the Servicing Fee that accrues at a per annum rate equal to the Excess Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Subservicer means any Person that services Receivables on behalf of the Servicer or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Servicer under this Agreement that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

  • Sub-Servicing Agreement The written contract between the Servicer and a Sub-Servicer relating to servicing and administration of certain Mortgage Loans as provided in Section 3.02.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Excess Servicing Fee Right With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the right to receive Excess Servicing Fees. In the absence of any transfer of the Excess Servicing Fee Right, the Master Servicer shall be the owner of such Excess Servicing Fee Right.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Subservicing Agreements As defined in Section 3.02(a).

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”

  • GreenPoint Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans, the Master Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and GreenPoint, as seller and as servicer, and as the same may be amended further from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans.
