Subsequent Instalment(s) definition
Subsequent Instalment(s) means one or multiple instalments payment stated in the Approved Payment Plan payable by a Customer to the Company after the First Instalment.
Subsequent Instalment(s) means, in relation to each Shipbuilding Contract, the Second Instalment, the Third Instalment, the Fourth Instalment and the Delivery Instalment in respect of that Shipbuilding Contract and “Subsequent Instalment” means any of them;

Any such adjustment shall be reflected in the Subsequent Instalments or settled on a future date(s) and in a manner to be mutually agreed by the Seller and the Purchaser.
