Subsequent Due Date definition

Subsequent Due Date is defined in Section 4.1(b) of this Agreement.

Examples of Subsequent Due Date in a sentence

  • When the interval between the Subsequent Request Date and the Subsequent Due Date is equal to or greater than the standard interval, Service Date Advancement charges will not apply.

  • For SPA DS3 services with negotiated intervals, where the service interval between the Subsequent Request Date and the Subsequent Due Date is less than the standard interval for such services, a Service Date Advancement Charge will apply for each day the revised service date is advanced from the standard interval.

  • For services with standard intervals where the service interval between the Subsequent Request Date and the Subsequent Due Date is four business days or less, a Service Date Advancement charge will apply for each day the new interval is less than the standard interval.

  • For SPA DS0 and DS1 services with negotiated intervals, where the service interval between the Subsequent Request Date and the Subsequent Due Date is less than the standard interval for SPA DS0 and DS1 services, a Service Date Advancement Charge will apply for each day the revised service date is advanced from the standard interval for such services.

  • A minimum service interval of three business days is required when a customer reschedules a service date (i.e., three business days between the Subsequent Request Date and Subsequent Due Date).Should the customer requests a service date with an interval of less than three business days between the Subsequent Request Date and the Subsequent Due Date, a Service Date Advancement charge as set forth in (9)(a) following will apply for each day the new interval is less than three business days.

  • All other Monthly Payments will be due on the same day of each following month ("Subsequent Due Date") until 11/17/2024, when all principal, interest and fees payable and owing under this Note are due.

Related to Subsequent Due Date

  • Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.

  • Installment Due Date means, for any monthly installment of interest only or principal and interest, the date on which such monthly installment is due and payable pursuant to Section 3 of this Note. The "First Installment Due Date" under this Note is October 1, 2007.

  • Subsequent Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within thirty (30) days of the end of a calendar quarter, then the first Subsequent Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first (1st) calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.

  • Premium Due Date means date specified in the Schedule on which the Instalment Premium will become due.

  • Due Date The day of the month on which the Monthly Payment is due on a Mortgage Loan, exclusive of any days of grace.

  • Quarterly Payment Date means the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December.

  • Proposal Due Date means the last date declared by Employer for online submission of the proposal;

  • True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Single Family Agreement, if applicable, or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Single Family Agreement, if applicable.   • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2009-VFN Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Initial Payment Date has the meaning specified in Section 3 of this Supplement.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Desired Due Date means the desired service activation date as requested by CLEC on a service order.

  • Installment Payment Date means the date on which an installment payment of an assessment is payable.

  • Monthly Payment Date means the Payment Date (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Documents).

  • Premium Payment Date in respect of any Option, means the date on which the Premium is due and payable, as agreed to at the time the Option is entered into, as evidenced in a Confirmation.

  • Policy Issuance Date means the date of first issuance of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.

  • Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in January 2026.

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of VMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2021.

  • Quarterly Payment Dates means each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Draw Down Pricing Period means, with respect to each Draw Down, a period of eight (8) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the first Trading Day specified in a Draw Down Notice.
