Examples of Subsection 1 in a sentence

  • An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City to evidence the endorsement of the City as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection 1) above.

  • If an employee is temporarily assigned to a promoted position (as defined in Subsection 1 above) for combined periods which exceed 183 days within a 12 month rolling year, the employee will retain bid seniority and furlough recall seniority but will accrue no more than 183 days seniority during that 12 month period.

  • Subsection (1) does not apply if the employment of the employee is ended solely for reasons unrelated to the leave.

  • Such leave credit acquired and accumulated will never, regardless of circumstances, be deferred by the University by filing a statement of necessity as described in Subsection (1) of this Section.

  • If Employee Contributions are required in Subsection (1) above, an Adopting Employer may elect to "pick up" Employee Contributions to the Plan in accordance with IRC Section 414(h).

  • Except for hours where a rest period is already provided for under Subsection 1) a), any such employee shall be entitled to a 10-minute rest period for each hour he is assigned to work using material containing noxious and corrosive epoxy.
