Subscription Receivable definition

Subscription Receivable means that certain subscription receivable dated as of February 28, 2023, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Subscription Receivable means a commitment from an investor to purchase capital stock of the Borrower.

Examples of Subscription Receivable in a sentence

  • As of the date of this Agreement, the Subscription Receivable and Accounts Payable previously reported on the Company's Balance Sheet and included in the Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2011, shall have a balance of zero.

  • As of the date of this Agreement, the Subscription Receivable and Accounts Payable previously reported on the Company’s Balance Sheet and included in the Form 10-QSB for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2007, shall have a balance of zero.

  • The Purchase Price as set forth on the signature page hereto executed by each Purchaser shall be made via wire transfer and/or execution of the Subscription Receivable.
