Subscription Receipt Indenture definition

Subscription Receipt Indenture means the indenture entered into between the Agent, the Subscription Receipt Agent and Ubika with respect to the Subscription Receipt Offering.
Subscription Receipt Indenture means the subscription receipt indenture to be executed by the Corporation, D&D Securities Company and Computershare Investor Services Inc.;
