The Processing Broker-Dealer receiving a Subscription Agreement and Subscription Payment not conforming to the foregoing instructions shall return such Subscription Agreement and Subscription Payment directly to such subscriber not later than the end of the second business day following receipt by the Processing Broker-Dealer of such materials.
Orders not accompanied by a Subscription Agreement and executed signature page thereto and the required Subscription Payment for the Offered Shares may be rejected.
The Final Review Office will in turn by noon of the next business day following receipt by the Final Review Office, transmit such Subscription Agreements and Subscription Payment for deposit to the Escrow Agent, or after the Minimum Offering has been achieved, to the Corporation or its designated agent.
