Subscription Funds means all funds received with respect to all Successful Subscriptions in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement;

Subscription Funds means any and all monies tendered by eligible holders of Rights or Contingent Rights on subscription for the Units;

Subscription Funds shall have the meaning set forth in the Section of this Escrow Agreement titled "Background."

Examples of Subscription Funds in a sentence

Upon receipt of the Certificates, the Subscriber shall deliver the full Subscription Funds to the wire instructions provided above.
