Subscriber Sites definition

Subscriber Sites means the website Xxxxx.xxx and all of the websites and mobile applications owned, operated or powered by Subscriber.
Subscriber Sites means the discrete geographic locations from which Subscriber conduct its operations. The definition of “Site” in the Agreement is explicitly superseded by the foregoing definition for purposes of this Amendment.
Subscriber Sites or “LS Affiliate Site(s)” shall mean the discrete geographic locations from which Subscriber or its participating LS Affiliates conduct their respective operations. The definition of “Site” in Exhibit B of the Agreement is explicitly superseded by the foregoing definition for purposes of this Exhibit LS.

Examples of Subscriber Sites in a sentence

  • Secure Network means a computer network controlled and operated by Subscriber that is accessible only to Authorized Users who are (a) at the Subscriber Sites or (b) whose identity is authenticated by Subscriber at the time of login.

  • Amadeus Data may not be published, distributed or otherwise provided outside of the Subscriber Sites, nor may it be redistributed in any form to any person or entity (including, but not limited to, any other GDS, airline, consumer or travel agency); provided that Amadeus agrees that Amadeus Data may be used in Subscriber’s email communications to its Internet Users, such as, for example, confirmation emails and weekly deals emails to Internet Users.

  • Subscriber may use the Amadeus Data that it obtains under this Agreement only for the purpose of providing Subscriber’s services via the Subscriber Sites, including Subscriber powered co-branded and affiliated sites (the “Authorized Use”).

  • Amadeus acknowledges and agrees that Subscriber’s services shall include facilitated booking functionality pursuant to which an Internet User may complete a Non-Air Booking or an air fare booking directly with a Provider without leaving the Subscriber Sites.

Related to Subscriber Sites

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.

  • Subscriber Agreement means an agreement that governs the issuance and use of a Certificate that the Applicant must read and accept before receiving a Certificate.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Credit card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.
