Subplan definition

Subplan means additional incentive compensation plans as may be established by the Board within the parameters and in accordance with the overall terms and provisions of the Plan as may be needed to facilitate local administration of the Plan in any jurisdiction in which the Company or an Affiliate operate in and to conform the Plan to the legal requirements of any such jurisdiction or to allow for favorable tax treatment under any applicable provision of tax law, including, without limitation, Appendix A – Israel, Appendix BUnited States, enclosed hereto and other appendices that may be enclosed to this Plan.
Subplan means, when used in connection with a Debtor, the Plan of Reorganization under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code for such Debtor that is incorporated into the Plan.
