SUBORDINATION OF NOTES. The Company agrees, and each Holder by his, her or its acceptance hereof agrees, that the payment of the principal of, interest on, or any other amounts pursuant or with respect to, the Note is hereby expressly subordinated, to the extent and in the manner hereinafter set forth, in right of payment to the prior payment in full of all Senior Indebtedness.
