Subordinated Note Claim definition

Subordinated Note Claim means any Claim against TOUSA other than a Claim subordinated pursuant to section 510(b) of the Bankruptcy Code derived from or based upon the Subordinated Notes.
Subordinated Note Claim means any Claim of the Subordinated Note Trustee or any Subordinated Noteholder arising under, in connection with or pursuant to the Subordinated Note Indenture and any documents, instruments or agreements related thereto.
Subordinated Note Claim means any Claim under the Subordinated Notes.

Subordinated Note Claim means a Claim that is a MCall Class 4 Claims and which includes all Claims under, with respect to, on account of, arising from or in connection with the Subordinated Notes.
Subordinated Note Claim means a Claim arising under or as a consequence of owning a Subordinated Note.
Subordinated Note Claim means the aggregate principal amount of $13,179,000 currently owing by JEGI under the Subordinated Note Documents and pursuant to the Subordinated Notes, plus all accrued and outstanding fees, costs, interest, and other amounts owing pursuant to the Subordinated Note Documents as determined in accordance with the Claims Procedure Order.
