The Master Servicer shall provide to the OTS and the FDIC and to comparable regulatory authorities supervising Holders of Subordinated Certificates and the examiners and supervisory agents of the OTS, the FDIC and such other authorities, access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the OTS and the FDIC.
For purposes of allocating losses to the Subordinated Certificates, the Class M Certificates will be deemed to have a lower numerical Class designation, and to be of a higher relative payment priority, than each other Class of Subordinated Certificates.
Any Applied Realized Loss Amounts will be allocated to the most junior Class of Subordinated Certificates then outstanding in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance thereof.
