Subordinated 510(c) Claim definition

Subordinated 510(c) Claim means any Claim (i) subordinated pursuant to section 510(c) of the Bankruptcy Code or (ii) for punitive or exemplary damages or for a fine or penalty, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
