Subordinate Officers definition

Subordinate Officers as used herein shall mean those managerial employees of the Corporation with limited degrees of authority but that do not have the power to exercise a significant influence over decisions concerning the operation of the Corporation. The Board of Directors may appoint or may empower the President to appoint, such other Officers as the business of the Corporation may require, each of whom shall hold office for such period, have such authority and perform such duties as are provided in these Bylaws or as the Board of Directors may from time to time determine.
