Submittal Requirements means that the Application, submittal, or design complies with the requirements of this Agreement, the Code and regulations promulgated thereunder, and the requirements of the applicable utility or service provider, if other than the Town, and provided further, that all standard fees charged generally by Pagosa Springs are paid, unless otherwise agreed to in writing
Submittal Requirements means the submittal requirements set out in Article 46.
