Sublicensee Product definition

Sublicensee Product means a handheld computing or communications device utilizing the Palm OS and incorporating the Licensed Software or Derivative Software which is developed and commercially distributed by a PalmSource Sublicensee.

  • If Pfenex and Sublicensee execute the New License Agreement, then: (a) Pfenex and JUNO shall notify Alvogen on the consequences of such New License Agreement on the MAA Applications submitted, MAA held by Sublicensee, Product License granted to Sublicensee and other relevant terms, (b) Alvogen shall comply with written instruction of Pfenex and JUNO and (c) this Agreement shall stand terminated for the AUS/NZ Markets.

  • If Pfenex and Sublicensee execute a New License Agreement, then: (x) Pfenex and Sublicensee shall notify Alvogen on the consequences of such New License Agreement on the MAA held by Sublicensee, Product License granted to Sublicensee and other relevant terms, (y) Alvogen shall comply with written instruction of the parties to the New License Agreement and (z) this Agreement shall stand terminated for such market.

  • Licensee agrees to reproduce Intel's and its vendor's copyright notices on each copy of the Licensed Software provided to OEM Sublicensees and to require OEM Sublicensees to reproduce Intel's and its vendors' copyright notices on each copy of any OEM Sublicensee Product and to reproduce Intel's and its vendors' copyright notices on each copy of any End User Documentation or derivatives thereof distributed by OEM Sublicensee.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Licensed Service means a service provided using Licensed Products or Licensed Methods, including, without limitation, any such service provided in the form of contract research or other research performed by Licensee on behalf of a third party.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.
