Sublicensed Software definition

Sublicensed Software means computer software to which a third party holds the copyright and to which Seller, with the copyright holder’s permission, grants Buyer the right to use pursuant to a licensing agreement from said third party.
Sublicensed Software means all third party application and operating system software provided in Exhibit and sublicensed to CCC by Contractor pursuant to this Contract.
Sublicensed Software means those programs provided to WellSky by a third-party, which WellSky sublicenses to Client hereunder, for use with the Licensed Software or Cloud Services, and any Updates thereto, provided to Client by WellSky under the terms of this Agreement or as identified in any Order Form.

Examples of Sublicensed Software in a sentence

  • Client may only expand its use of the Licensed Software, Sublicensed Software, and/or Cloud Services upon payment of the applicable additional license, support, and service fees at WellSky’s then-current rates.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Client shall immediately cease all use of the Licensed Software, Sublicensed Software, and/or Cloud Services, and the licenses granted and all other rights of Client under this Agreement shall terminate and revert to WellSky.

  • The Licensed Software, Sublicensed Software, and Cloud Services are priced based on certain metrics (e.g. Sites, Deliverables, Patient/Client Census, and/or Permitted Users) as set forth in an Order Form.

  • WellSky or its licensor retains all right, title, and interest, in the Licensed Software, Sublicensed Software, Test Scripts, Documentation, Services, and Work Product.

  • Client shall approve access for all Permitted Users of the Licensed Software and Sublicensed Software and shall prevent unauthorized access and use of the Licensed Software and Sublicensed Software.


More Definitions of Sublicensed Software

Sublicensed Software means any application program, database, operating system or other like product which is not developed by Licensor, but which is necessary to operate the Software and which has been supplied by Licensor to Customer under this Agreement.
Sublicensed Software means all third-party manufacturer firmware (embedded software accompanying Equipment) and all third-party software and interfaces that KB sublicenses, or agrees to sublicense, to Customer pursuant to a Schedule, together with new releases, updates, corrections and patches to same developed by third party.

Sublicensed Software means the object code version of the software product listed in Schedule “A” (and identified as Sublicensed Software in Schedule “A” or such subsequent product name adopted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and identified to Organization in a written notice from ▇▇▇▇▇▇) and includes any Updates or Upgrades to the Sublicensed Software that have been provided to Organization as part of Support and Maintenance Services.
Sublicensed Software means the software owned by Third Parties that is capable of being sublicensed and is to be sublicensed by Abbott or Millennium to the other Party in connection with the Technology Exchange.
Sublicensed Software means those components of the Application Related Software that are sublicensed by TCSC.
Sublicensed Software means those programs provided to Mediware by a third party, which Mediware sublicenses to Licensee hereunder, for use with the Licensed Software, as specified in an Addendum, and any Updates thereto provided to Licensee by Mediware under the terms of the applicable Addendum.
