Sublicense Royalty Payments definition

Sublicense Royalty Payments means royalty payments received by INDEVUS from sublicensees of rights granted by ATLANTIC to INDEVUS under Section 2.1 of this Agreement, as consideration for the grant of such sublicensee, based on net sales of Product by such sublicensee.

More Definitions of Sublicense Royalty Payments

Sublicense Royalty Payments means (i) royalties based on net sales of Product in any country in the MediciNova Territory and (ii) any other payments that are received by MediciNova after the First Commercial Sale of Product in such country from a sublicensee of any of the rights granted by Kissei to MediciNova under Section 2.01 of this Agreement, as consideration for the grant of such sublicense (but specifically excluding any amounts received by MediciNova from sublicensees to fund or reimburse MediciNova’s research and development costs in connection with Product after the date of the sublicense.
