Subject Members definition

Subject Members means the Member(s) of the Council who is the subject of an allegation(s) made under a Standards Complaint unless stated otherwise or the context so requires.
Subject Members means members of the Applicant from whom the Receiver seeks payment pursuant to this Receiver’s Collection Plan, as described in greater detail in the First Report, which, for greater certainty, excludes any member to, and only to, the extent they are a Non-subject Member;

Examples of Subject Members in a sentence

  • Categories of Data Subject Members of the public, members of professional consultancies, statutory bodies, corporate organisations, government departments.

  • Should either the Complainant or Subject Member(s) fail to reply, a reminder will be sent to him/her allowing a further five working days to reply.

  • Where a Subject Member does not accept a sanction which has been imposed upon him/her by the Ethics Committee, the Monitoring Officer will submit a report to full Council which will then consider what action, if any, it should take as a result of the Subject Member's failure.

  • The Subject Member(s) will normally be given an opportunity to comment upon all evidence submitted by the Complainant (or others) to substantiate the complaint.

  • Neither the Subject Member(s) nor the Complainant shall seek to interview any person who may be of assistance to the investigation.

  • Should a reply still not be received, the Monitoring Officer shall be entitled to assume that the Complainant or Subject Member(s) (as applicable) does not dispute the findings and conclusions of the Investigator’s final report and does not wish to participate in the Standards Appeal Panel hearing.

  • If the Complainant or Subject Member(s) is dissatisfied with the decision of the Standards Panel, he/she may seek permission to appeal to the Standards Appeal Panel against the decision on the grounds set out below.


More Definitions of Subject Members

Subject Members means each partner in the Taxable Partnerships that is an individual, trust, estate, or pass-through entity having individuals, trusts, or estates as its direct or indirect members.
Subject Members means the Investor Members (including the Parthenon Members) and the Management Members.

Related to Subject Members

  • Subject Member means an elected member or co-opted member of the County Council against whom a complaint has been made alleging a breach the Code of Conduct.

  • Unit Member refers to any employee who is included in the certificated employees' bargaining unit and, therefore, covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.

  • Bankrupt Member means a Member who: (i) has become the subject of a decree or order for relief under any bankruptcy, insolvency or similar law affecting creditors' rights now existing or hereafter in effect; or (ii) has initiated, either in an original proceeding or by way of answer in any state insolvency or receivership proceeding, an action for liquidation, arrangement, composition, readjustment, dissolution, or similar relief.

  • Management Members shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • host Member State means the Member State other than the home Member State in which a payment service provider has an agent or a branch or provides payment services;

  • Independent Member of the board means a member of the board who has no business, family or other relationship that raises a conflict of interests regarding the CCP concerned or its controlling shareholders, its management or its clearing members, and who has had no such relationship during the five years preceding his membership of the board;

  • Son or daughter of a covered service member means a covered service member’s biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, legal ward, or a child for whom the covered service member stood in loco parentis, and who is of any age.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Restrictive Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending two (2) years after the termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Household members means those persons who reside in the same home, who have reciprocal duties to and do provide financial support for one another. This term shall include xxxxxx children and legal wards even if they do not live in the household. The term does not include persons sharing the same general house, when the living style is primarily that of a dormitory or commune;

  • Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Intimate partner means: (a) Spouses, or domestic partners; (b) former spouses, or former domestic partners; (c) persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time; (d) adult persons presently or previously residing together who have or have had a dating relationship; (e) persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship; and (f) persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship.

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Faculty Member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Voting Member means a Member holding one or more Voting Shares.

  • Council Member means a member of the Council;

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • close business associate means an individual who has had sufficient prior business dealings with the director, senior officer or control person to be in a position to assess the capabilities and trustworthiness of the director, senior officer or control person.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • lay member means a member of the Authority, who is not, nor has been:

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • Agent Members has the meaning provided in Section 2.07(a).
